Predators allowed to walk among us

On July 4th 2007 a 12 year old girl was abducted in Tacoma Wa. On July 12th her body was found in nearby Spanaway Wa. The person in police custody and under investigation is a convicted sex offender who was released back into society to once again feed his deviant appetite and a precious child is now dead. What is wrong with a society that continues to release known predators back into our midst? why are the rights of these monsters placed before the right of our children to be safe from brutalization and even murder ? A one strike law is the only way to stop these monsters from re-offending over and over again.

Dr. Mace Knapp, Nevada State Prison Psychologist said " The serial killer has the same personality characteristics as the sex offender against children." In my Opinion these are monsters and should never be allowed to walk among us and have access to us or our children. More then 1/2 of all convicted sex offenders are sent back to prison within a year and within 2 years 78% are back in prison. what is wrong with this system? hasn't anyone involved figured out that as long as you keep turning these predators back loose into society that our children will be molested and killed by them? why should the rights of these monsters be placed above the right of our children to be safe from brutalization and murder. We need to call our senators and congressional representatives and demand that none of these predators ever get out of jail. A one strike law with no chance of parole or probation for all child predators has got to become mandatory or our children will continue to be the prey of these monsters. mitigating circumstances shouldn't be allowed because there is never a reasonable excuse to prey on children. We don't allow Known serial killers a chance to prey on us again, so why do we allow child predators who have the same characteristics back into society to continue preying on our children? This one womans thoughts on the shameful way our legal and legislative branches deal with the monsters they allow to walk among us.
